Steven is a consumer strategist by trade, with a specialization in communication strategy, consumer research and uncovering insights that spark strategic solutions. He has an extensive background with Chicago based advertising and communication agencies and has a master’s degree from Northwestern University in Integrated Marketing Communications.

Francine is an experiential event producer & project manager professional who worked with clients Kashi and Kelloggs, to nonprofits and TEDx in the Chicago area. Her next level thinking makes her essential to every productive brainstorm and ideation session. She knows about engaging clients, making lasting impressions, offers an insightful perspective to subject matter and has an approachability that makes for a great working relationship.
